How long will it take to get my order?
Every item we make is handmade per order. Standard designs take up 7 to 10 days to create, Plus shipping time (See shipping FAQ below). Custom requests take a couple days longer to create depending on the availability of products needed to complete your order.

How is shipping calculated? How will my ordered be shipped?
For orders inside the Continental United States, there is a shipping calculator for UPS Ground or USPS on the checkout page.
We included delivery confirmation on all shipments. To guarantee prompt delivery of your item within 2-3 days of shipment, you may select "RUSH delivery" at the checkout. Rush orders will be shipped at a higher cost (use shipping calculator).

We are more than happy to create an item just for you!

Do you use glue or pins?
We never use glue or pins in any of the Baby Cakes or items.
We sometimes use saftey pins in my Towel Cakes to hold the rolled towels together.
Do you ship to a different address other then the billing address?
Yes, all our cakes & items come with a gift tag attached that can be filled out by us and shipped to the receiving party.
Just email us with the information you would like on the tag.
Are your cakes made with usable products?
Yes, they are made with ALL usable products.
We do not believe in putting empty fillers in an of my products.
If a filler is needed for stablility, it is a new roll of paper towels or a new roll of toilet paper.
What is your return policy?
You my return a standard non-personalized item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date.
Item(s) must be kept in the original sealed shrink-wrap that they came in. Any orders with opened shrink-wrap can not be returned.
Custom & personalized items are not returnable. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All items must be accompanied with the packing slip. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Your packing slip will indicate where you need to send your return.
